The Management of the company IT-AUBACH, is committed to applying a Quality and Environmental Policy implemented within the framework of a Quality and Environmental Management System in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards, respectively, and which covers all the people and areas of the organisation, its ambit being “Manufacture, installation and maintenance of lightning protection systems. Installation and maintenance of PCI, water, air conditioning, electricity, gas and solar panels’ at its facilities at Calle Zurbano 43, 08290 Cerdanyola del Vallès, Barcelona.

IT-AUBACH approaches the Integrated Quality and Environment System as a way of organising the company’s functioning based on basic pillars such as the service quality, the interested parties’ satisfaction, as well as managing environmental aspects, emergencies, risks, legal requirements and the continuous optimisation of the System’s efficiency. To this end, the IT-AUBACH IMS is based on:

• The Integrated Quality and Environment System’s guidelines, which are reflected in the Quality-Environment Manual, developed as a result of a periodic analysis of our context and analysis of risks and opportunities. This means that the integrated policy acquires a strategic company overview, and therefore, it is declared obligatory, with all personnel assuming the responsibilities defined therein.

• The strategic policy of the organisation, which is committed to complying with the environmental legislation and regulations applicable to our activities, and to the prevention of health and safety applicable to our workers (including following the guidelines of prevention protocols against the SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus), as well as with other commitments that may be established in this regard, striving to continuously improve our environmental performance.

• Promote an efficient use of available natural resources and continuously intensify our environmental management to obtain improvements in the overall performance of the company, with a focus on life cycle analysis, environmental protection and pollution prevention. Identify and control the organisation’s environmental aspects and risks, so that we establish a preventive approach.

• The publication, on an annual basis, of the Quality and Environmental objectives, making them extensive to all personnel; these must be well known and assumed in such a way that the daily tasks lead to their achievement in the shortest possible time.

• To train and raise awareness of the organisation’s personnel regarding environmental performance, as well as to provide the necessary resources for the proper functioning of the environmental system.

• The available technical and scientific knowledge and appropriate practices for the prevention of environmental pollution and the minimisation of its impact on the environment.

IT-AUBACH understands that the company’s Quality is based on Customer Satisfaction, the Continuous Improvement of the system’s effectiveness and respect for the Environment, ensuring maximum Prevention and Health and Safety for our employees. 

The Management will maintain a methodology for the identification of training needs and its planning, aimed at guaranteeing our team’s compliance with the present policy.

In this sense, Quality and Environmental Management requires everyone’s participation and collaboration, which is why this Policy is disseminated to all interested parties, and in particular, to all the company’s personnel for their knowledge and understanding.
